RichD Posted December 6, 2013 Share Posted December 6, 2013 Can anyone suggest a place in Sheffield (or at a push, Chesterfield, Rotherham or Doncaster) that holds baby swim sessions that are NOT lessons? I'm just looking for somewhere to take my little girl (5 month old) where the water will be nice and warm for her for a relaxed introduction. Lessons can wait, I just want her to be comfortable getting into a pool first (and to share the experience). I'll be looking to make this trip over the Christmas break, so if a place only holds these sessions in term time that won't be any use. Thanks in advance for your advice! getphysical Posted December 7, 2013 Share Posted December 7, 2013 Dronfield sports centre used to have a baby pool. It was away from the main pool - lovely and warm so not a shock to the little ones. I took my son there from being 3 months old - that was quite a few years ago mind you! You could give them a ring and ask if it's still available.
