Asda/Iceland, Woodseats.

20 years ago it was basically overgrown where a brick building had been. Before they started building Netto and Iceland.

Years before that I was told that there was a cutlery factory there. If you go up Woodseats house road, alongside. there is a large house (around 27 or 33) with a funny basement entrance. This was the caretaker's house for the factory. the basement entrance was where the workers clocked in on their way to work. There used to be a gate in the wall at the back of the garden for them to gain access to the factory.
