GoGo_dancer
I used to like having a bowl of nuts and the nutcrackers out a lot of the time, but I just can't crack them any more so if I buy them they're more of an ornament and less of a foodstuff We have to have a really good Christmas cake too, which I made 2 months ago and have been feeding with brandy ever since I've got 6 mini xmas cakes wrapped up and ready to ice next weekend, great gifts for the family...I dread to think how much brandy they've got in them now! Favourite xmas treats for me...cheese boards, pigs in blankets, stollen cake, a good bottle of port...not all at the same time obviously!

Ohhh yes, a little sniffter...and Dry Martini and Lemonade, tall glass, loads of ice and a slice, never, ever touch it any other time than Xmas and Boxing Day, very odd!! Anna B
Boxing Day - Relaxing, with a bit of peace and quiet after all fun and noise of the day before. Bubble and squeak made out of the leftovers, and just pigging out, feet up in front of the telly with a couple of drinks. Bliss.
