ttparsons
I've played tennis, badminton and table tennis and spent a few weeks trying to learn squash. Nothing turns your legs to jelly faster than squash and working out the angles while keeping out of your opponent's way is a serious mental work-out. Certainly the most physically and mentally demanding racquet sport I have tried.
charlottep
Is it confusing to keep score? Also where's best to play?
pauljohn1959
If you have basic racket skills, you will be fine with Squash or a similar game called Racketball. Both are played at all levels at the Hallamshire, Hunters Bar, there are drop in / social sessions and many different competitions which give you the chance to play people of a similar standard.
