Expect beautiful ballads right through to burning Be-Bop; meaningful Mainstream to mad Modal; furious Funk to the frightfully Free; lively Latin to luscious Lounge; and classic Cool through to the curiously Contemporary! At the beginning of this year, Brilliant Corners presented an odd pairing of flute and tenor sax in a piano-less quartet. It was a brilliant success with audience members and musicians commenting on how much it was enjoyed so we are very happy to be bringing Henrik Linnemann back to the club to join the house trio of Pete Lyons, Graham Jones and Johnny Hunter. They will play some of the best known tunes in the Jazz repertoire and maybe a couple of more festive numbers.
