yellowperil
Won unfair/wrongful dismissal I know you won but you were asking advice for what you could claim. Did you work out a figure and get what you wanted??
jfish1936
You wrote" Due to the fact we were repeatedly exposed to this type of situation, I became in my opinion physiologically damaged which became a big problem with my family life and nearly split us apart" People are assuming you meant "psychologically damaged". Is that what you meant?
steve68
from experience let it go and get over it, lifes too short as it is, report your experiences to (HSE) The Health and Safety Executive, they should evaluate wether to act on your information. You should reallyhave done it when you was working, under the protected disclosure act which would have offered you some protection from being dismissed.
