Thanks in advance Has it been diagnosed? If so I would have expected a doctor to advice you. Fortunately I haven't had it, but I've heard it can be very painful and that it affects people in different degrees. Rest of the area for a period, and regular pain killers such as paracetamol and application of ice packs applied to the area help relieve some people If it doesn't improve after a few days, definitely see your GP.
