More on this,

On Thursday a drone attack in Rada in the central province of Bayda hit a wedding motorcade, killing 17 people, mostly civilians, and triggering protests by tribesmen in the lawless area.

The Supreme Security Committee, headed by Hadi, insisted that the strike had targeted the car of an Al-Qaeda leader.

And a US official also denied that a wedding convoy had been struck.

"The target was an AQAP convoy and that's what was hit. No wedding party was hit," the US counter-terrorism official told AFP, asking not to be named.

PR or the party with the most votes, either would give more people a reason to vote.

More opportunities to vote for important policies.

Each party lists its important policies and during the election the electorate gets to vote for the party and individual policies that they want that party to implement.

Giving the electorate the opportunity to vote on key policies over the internet would make people feel more included in the running of the country.

Assuming of course that the average person knows his or her ass from his or her elbow when it comes to any knowledge of what's involved in key policies such as economics.

Most people decide votes on such things as taxes, social programs. Things that affect them personally but trying to vote on complex issues that affect national defence, security, foreign policy matters is out of the question because the average voter knows jack s**t about those

Thats not really the point, government policy affects everyone and everyone should have a say on what policies are the most important. Most people would be capable of choosing whether to wage war with another countries, whether to pride free university education, build better and more expensive weapons.

Your whole concept of people and government is completely ludicrous and ridiculous.
