Marx
I have just been in for some Ibuprofen. I asked the pharmacist for the cheapest He tried to sell me some 500mg ones at a fiver. I pointed out the 200mg ones at £1.15, to which he replied they weren't as strong. I didn't ask for strong, I asked for cheapest. I went next door to Costcutter and got them for 59 pence. Lloyds seem to have the highest prices anywhere Their Co-codamol is 78% dearer than Asda. Why do people shop there? Are they on a 'sales targets or salary drop' incentive like Lloyds TSB staff were? Marx
I don't know. Why do you shop there? I don't if I can avoid it. Thanks for taking the time to post on my thread but I sense a little angst .....

I think you've just answered your own question, i.e people only shop there out of necessity/convenience, hence high prices/see under local shops generally.
