Nagel
Asda Chaucer have Gressingham Duck Is it really only £4 a kilo at ASDA for a Gressingham Duck? I looked it up online to find that price and it's a bargain! I paid £9/kg at Waitrose. I realise Waitrose is expensive, but 225% more expensive is taking the ****. http://groceries.asda.com/asda-webstore/landing/home.shtml#!shelf/910001112626
poppet2
Thanks for the tip. I watched it and it's actually a goose recipe, not duck, but what works for goose will work for duck too. Good, because I managed to get a fresh free range goose today, reduced from £80.00 to £34.00.
tzijlstra
We had our duck yesterday and it was gorgeous! I really love the flavour of duck, with a berry sauce, red cabbage with apple and raisins and duck fat roasted potatoes. Great meal, I married my wife because she can cook haha!
