Mrs Overall Posted December 29, 2013 Share Posted December 29, 2013 I've been on these about 4 months, I started on 10mg now I'm on 20mg as I still had some anxiety issues. I've started having slight chest pain, like a muscle twitching in my chest, and very aware of my heart beating.. Are the two related? Might these symptoms be anxiety? I'd advise you get some CBT after the holiday period to see if you can knock the anxiety on the head for good rather than relying on meds. medusa Posted December 29, 2013 Share Posted December 29, 2013 I'd have said that it's more likely that the symptoms you're having are a symptom of the anxiety rather than a side effect of the medication, but you really do need to discuss this with your GP.
