hillsbro Posted January 3, 2014 Share Posted January 3, 2014 The 1911 census return shows that "James Whitworth, general labourer" was living at 203 Earsham Street with his Scottish-born wife Rachel and son Harry. rob99heather Posted January 3, 2014 Author Share Posted January 3, 2014 after a little more digging it seems that Earsham Street has now been split in to two parts the funny part is the East part (now) is only 200 yards from where my grandmother on the same side lived, i remember it always being dark in their house (i am just 45) and they had toilets at the end of the yard it was between Earsham street east and Petre street the name escapes me at the moment Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
