Hopefully this fat bumbling fool will soon face bankruptcy. If not perhaps he will have a heart attack whilst outside the homes of his tenants and instead of helping the morally bankrupt piece of ****e, they'll step over him and let him die in the gutter.

I totally suppport him. Landlords arnt charities, houss cost money to buy and maintain and if tenants abuse those properties then they must leave. Simples. Would you let someone stay in your house, abuse it and wreck it and do nowt to stop it.? no you wouldnt.

Correct, and its us landlords who have to pick up the tab for repairing the damage caused by rouge tenants who abuse our properties.

Errr.....like who pays the tab for uninsured drivers!

But there is a organisation that all insurance companies are insured with and apply to, under these circumstances.

When council tenants don't pay their rent, are you saying the council just wipes their debt clean, and still let's them live in their council property?

Are you saying the council don't take them to court and get them evicted for rent arrears? Under these circumstances the tenants have made themselves intentionally homeless, which means they can't apply to the council for further council property after that.

Why would the council write off a council tenant's rent arrears rather then take them to court?

But every business has it's downside. The law has favoured landlords by allowing them to keep the tenants deposits for such things.

Besides no one has forced you to be a landlord, so expect to take the rough with the smooth.

Are you on glu?

This pair of greedy sods demanded £3,000 from tenants to replace an accidentally broken toilet seat. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1209013/Property-tycoons-worth-70m-demand-3-000-bathroom-suite-tenants---replace-200-broken-toilet-lid.html
