Cyclone
Depends what car it is and what tyres they are I suppose Presumably it's not an expensive one, or the dealer wouldn't be mucking about like this.
truman
Presumably it's not an expensive one, or the dealer wouldn't be mucking about like this. Could still need large tyres and a big battery...you can buy "expensive" cars cheaply..if you see what I mean..
geared
Some of the biggest bargains are 10+ year old luxury cars, like big beemers and merc's
SqueakyPete
I went to Halfords, but this is not the point. After all, it is my life which is more important. I do not want to have a crash because somebody only wants to get richer. They don't get named "Halfrauds" for no reason lol. There are far better garages around in Sheffield. alchresearch
That is true. I did put a new battery on my brothers car at xmas tho, and we paid £46 for a premium Bosch battery. Catch Euro Car Parts at a good time when there's a big discount on and you can get a great price on a branded battery, whereas in Halfords its at least £90 - £100 all year round. Example: Yuasa 053 battery: £55.99 at Battery Shop £89.99 at Halfords
