dutch
£240,000 has to be saved from somewhere and you can't expect it to come from south Yorkshire MPs expenses which topped £760,000 last year cus that wouldn't be fair, would it ! That would be out of the question.
Mick Sage
That would be out of the question. yes totally un fare! They'd have to travel on public transport instead of claiming petrol allowance. Perhaps the buses could be adapted to run on bull****, this could save thousands! CheekyBandit
I heard companies running buses running late into Mansfield's swanky new bus station get fined if they are late. If First South Yorkshire got fined for every bus that is late, doesn't turn up or terminates short of its advertised destination (like the 0930 ex-Hillsborough 52 service last Sunday which was timetabled to run to Woodhouse but terminated in town) then Travel South Yorkshire would be counting lots of cash. Mick Sage
:banana:Did the 272 to fox house and walked back again yesterday with one of my little dogs. Only 40p for the dog and a very enjoyable 2 hours and ten minute walk back and managed not to stop for a hot chocolate and wagon wheel at forge dam café so feeling quiet healthy!
