Online business is now half of what companies like HMV will do - their woeful online presence is what got them into trouble in the first place. They sell digital music downloads online https://www.hmvdigital.com/ (it was found by a link on the main page). Noticed they have also set up a points awards type page too, so you can earn points towards exclusive merchandise. I'm not sure who manages the digital downloads, it used to be done by a third party and seemed to be treated like a completely different part of the site. It's a retail business, they should have things popping out at you begging to be bought. Instead they've got a poor attempt at a magazine, which no-one is interested in and won't generate them much money at all.
