All immigration to be on a one in, one out basis, and no immigrant to have British citizenship at all, nor a vote, nor the right to benefits. Would we still be able to tax them? You can enact three new laws during your brief pmship (or whatever the term is). What would they be? Mine...I would: 1. Remove charitable status from private schools, in fact abolish them completely 2. Make the use of Artex punishable by a long prison sentence 3. Provide statutory free care for medical age related illness, but make it clear that social care should be paid by personal insurance. 2. All education should be free. 3. Anyone earning les than £15,000 should not pay income tax. This should make it clear that wealthy people do pay most o our taxes. Extra 4. Leave the EU, and apply VAT to any processed food containing more than 20% sugar or fat.
