AWATA Posted January 22, 2014 Share Posted January 22, 2014 I have to say that I my opinion there are a lot of the arts that are only there because of heavy subsidies via the arts council, whilst I appreciate that we would want to support the arts in general I think that there is a significant proportion that wouldn't even come close to being self supporting without those subsidies and we should question their support.
