I dont want to go into much but its very much them always being in the right even when they are wrong and wont accept blame etc. Sorry to be a tad vague but .... Your post isnt really helpful.... Trading standards, cab, legal advice, professional body etc. Read any agreements such as the lease that your friend may have signed or better still get someone who can understand the document to read them for you. I think the only ones I've heard positives about is Mike Jolly's - don't know if he's still in the business, but he seemed very nice and fair when I met him.
