alchresearch
Average labour costs are £40 per hour. A dealer would generally charge double that.
AMR67
I've got a Saab 9-3 Turbo. The garage I use charges me £85 for a basic engine service which includes New plugs, engine flush, oil & filter change (fully synthetic oil) and air filter change. £150 for a micra seems a bit steep to me. alchresearch
Mr Clutch has a terrible reputation for, well clutches amongst other things. Even if they were doing services for 1p I wouldn't give them my business.

geared
£150 quid sounds abit steep, I can't see the parts coming to more than 50 quid and it's less than an hours work. A decent garage should come in under £100.
