Ed Balls' constituency is right in the middle of it, and the streets are dark and void of light... I know because I just had to drive though it all and the lots off - streetlamps, traffic lights, pubs, houses, everything.... Conspiracy thoughts? Just a few days after he and Miliband went on about freezing energy bills... Infrastructure guys. It needs replacing and that costs money...
