SpikeMac
Just put Agenda 21 into Google, and a load of results will come up for you to peruse, including the 600 page government document. I tried to but my spelling let me down. I inadvertently typed "contrails" instead. 396 000 results.
Nagel
How would you prevent the area flooding in the future, baring in mind its below sea level and as tidal rivers. The flooding can be prevented, it just depends how much you want to spend on it. The Dutch have reduced the risk of flooding in the areas which are below sea level down to once in every 10,000 years. Which is just incredible.

"it just depends how much you want to spend on it" Exactly. Is it cost effective to defend every bit of land from flooding? And what happens elsewhere if you stop flooding in one place? butlers
70% of the Netherlands is below sea level, its unimaginable they could allow tidal flooding. ---------- Post added 03-02-2014 at 08:34 ---------- Just as a sense our floods...the lower Rhine in Netherlands flooded in 1995. and 200,000 had to be evacuated. ivanava
Cities including Budapest, Bratislava and Prague have all been affected by the “unprecedented and severe flooding throughout areas of central Europe” following heavy rainfall. Shipping has been halted on parts of the Danube and Rhine rivers in Germany and the entire length of the Danube in Austria until water levels fall. Could this flooding be caused by by the Netherlands flood defenses which prevents flooding along the Rhine delta and natural flood plain.
rickiethecat
There does seem to be a lot that dont really care about Somersets plight, and have chosen to settle with "They Should Know It Floods" mentality. Well what a load of insensitive toss pots. It was different when Sheffield flooded a few years ago, wasn't it? It was all "Oh, we have flooded, help us help us". People who take this latest flooding with a pinch of salt or with the uncaring attitude that has been shown, ought to take their heads and flush them down the toilet. This is people that are suffering, their homes being ruined. Maybe the same should happen to YOU, and see how you would like people from Somerset not giving a duck. Pathetic, with a capital "P". People in the North are annoyed because when parts of Yorkshire flooded in the last couple of winters, the national media barely took any notice . Now the same thing's happening in the rich parts of the South West and South East suddenly it's a national emergency!

alchresearch
At some stage over the past couple of months someone said a soundbite to the media that these floods happen "once in a lifetime" or "once in a hundred years", and people are starting to believe this and questioning how it was allowed to happen. I don't think they understand how nature works!

Every flood defence forces the water along until it finds a nearby less protected area, and floods it even more.
Bob England
Surely the point Anna B is making is regarding Agenda 21 not particularly whats happening in Somerset. I have no doubt whatsoever that the UN, plus elite individuals from all societies have agendas such as this. There is no doubt that as the population rises they are seeking ways in which to regulate matters. There are precedents, the Justinian Plague of the 6th Century wiped out (possibly) 50% of the human population of Africa, the Middle east and Europe. Yet few if any of the elite died. The black plague of the 14th century wiped out a third of mankind, again very few of the elites died certainly no Kings or Queens of the time died of plague. Agenda 21 is no more than a modern version of an ancient accord whereby elites will prepare and survive natures inevitable and occasional holocausts and decimations. We are overdue one.
