Ryan Reynolds is always good too. Good description. The second one wouldn't be an 8...maybe a 3!

janie48
On the Waterfront starring Marlon Brando and Eva Marie Saint A brilliant film, mainly due to the acting. Was on BBC 2 Sunday, so glad I recorded it.
cressida
Marlon BRando was my favourite actor years ago, but he was very complicated.

Complicated to say the least I think those.early fims he starred in revealed how talented he was, but not the ones he appeared in towards the end of his career. wearysmith
The 4th Beverly Hills Cop film 'Axel F'. It's a worthwhile 6. Story has been done many times and Aston and Reinhold are woefully underused, but it's a nice little nostalgia revisit.

I always thought he did win an Oscar for the film, he definitely should have. I remember seeing bits of the film before it was released and I wasn’t impressed when I knew it was going to be made in black and white, apart from the young girl dressed in red, but it did work, the holocaust was life without colour. I don’t think it would have had the same emotional impact if made in colour.
