Palm Springs 8/10. Straight into my top ten time loop films.

Orbiter 9 6/10. Good looking but preposterous.

Also to add, everyone with a reasonably strong stomach should see Dead Man's Shoes 9/10. Visits to Matlock have never been the same since.

Gary Stretch lead Villains face rang a bell when I saw the film,  I rememberd him being an ex world Boxing Champion.

He was a decent boxer back in the day.  I was pleasently surprised to see him acting.

Yes Gary Stretch played his part well and Paddy Considine got the Derbyshire accent spot on.

Worth watching just to see Riber Castle again.

Happy Daze taking Kids to the Zoo (before the activists started letting the Otters out)

Poor film dodgy story line 6/10.

Matlock Bath, Sheffield Bikers Heaven.

Keep safe.

Wow... Just wow. The twist in the story took me completely by surprise.

A definite 10/10

Totally agree with you there, I saw it years ago and loved it.
A really unknown and underrated film.

It certainly is. I found it by accident and I'm glad I did. It's easily one of the most powerful films I've ever seen. The twist broke my heart.

Paddy Considine is such an underrated actor. I can hardly believe he's the same guy from Hot Fuzz.

I noticed Gary Stretch there too.

I never knew he became an actor but I do remember his boxing career.

I remember his fight against Eubank was brutal though.

Absolutely 👏

Great film. I love Paddy Considine, he’s a fantastic actor.

Saw his band at the Leadmill a few years ago too.

I think it's fair to say I'll be watching it again myself. It's a real hidden gem

Clearly, I inhabit a different planet than the rest of you lot.

It was good, but not great, and I spotted the twist in the ending before the film had even reached the halfway point.

'Summerland' on Sky.

Angry closet lesbian forced to take in evacuee in World War 2.

It's a bit soppy.

Gets 6 out of 10, mainly for the involvement of Gemma Arterton, Tom Courtney and Penelope Wilton. Class acts, all three.

The Suicide Squad - 6/10

I think I like the original Suicide Squad more than I do this sequel version. A lot of the best jokes got blown in the trailers and it felt oddly flat for a large part of the middle of the film.

Really?

I thought the original sucked.

Still, I'll watch the sequel 'cos Idris Elba's in it.
