Kamble Posted February 3, 2014 Share Posted February 3, 2014 We're squeezing back into the Notty House for an evening of belting SKA liberally seasoned with Bob Marley tunes, to celebrate what would have been the great man's 69th birthday - as ever, expect lots of dancing and good vibes. The gig is FREE ENTRY, but we will be encouraging everyone to make a donation of £2 toward this summer's Sharrow Festival and Peace in the Park. Whether you donate or not is up to you, completely voluntary, but it is a very good cause. cathallangan Posted February 6, 2014 Share Posted February 6, 2014 On Saturday Feb 8th Jungle Lion return to the Notty House for an evening of packed sweaty skanking, with more than a hint of righteous Reggae in honour of Bob Marley's birthday (his birthday's actually on the 6th, but as his legacy RESONATES THROUGH HISTORY it's ok to have a party on the 8th) - we'll be playing a few of the great man's tunes mixed in with our usual belting SKA intensity. The gig is FREE, but we will be encouraging everyone to chuck in a voluntary donation of £2 on the door that will be given to help fund Peace in the Park and Sharrow Festival.
