There is money there that means there shouldn't have to be a choice of investing in North, South, East or West. We should help our own before helping others. Homosexuals are people, you see. Will UKIP look after them? How would you feel right now if you were a tax payer and one of those in Somerset whose house was flooded, would you be happy that your taxes helped send an Indian Spaceship on its way to Mars whilst the government can't afford to make your land safe.
