For those who can't be bothered it basically says we can look forward to hotter drier summers and wetter stormy winters.

It doesn't say homes will be flooded, historic railway routes would be washed away and there would be lots of political

infighting on who is to blame for not doing enough to prevent the situation.

Last year all the ConDems would allow to help prevent future floodin was £400,000, surely the were extracting the Urine

 

It was the Max allowed according to Treasury rules.

 

The EA puts up a pot of money. Other agencies were required to top it up to get the job started. The extra money never materialised. So nothing was done.

So, it was the maximum allowed, by who, whose treasury. for whom?

What other agencies?

How much did the EU put up?

Where did the pitiful £400k come from?

What was the Massive £400k spent on?
