Sports Science Assigment help

Recommended Posts

Hi

I’m currently a uni student and I am struggling with certain aspects of an assignment which I’ve got to complete. The assignment is on enhancing sports performance and drug taking please see below the type of info I need

Nutritional aids (creatine and l-carnitine).

Physiological aids (blood doping, erythropoietin).

Technological aids (training equipment, swimming suits, bicycles).

Psychological aids (imagery, self-talk, relaxation techniques).

Pharmacological aids (beta blockers, amphetamines, anabolic steroids).

Analyse the ergogenic and ergolytic effects of the different aids:

What are the potential effects and side-effects of some

of the aids (make sure you discuss all categories).

Ensure you use literature to support this (

Justify the use of these ergogenic aids:

Who may use these aids and why do they use them,

despite some being illegal?

I know people will think lazy etc. but I'm in need of help on this assignment if anyone could provide any info on the above I would be grateful

Any help would be appreciated

I have just got my degree and what i would say is don't listen to here not because people are wrong but you have to use literature to back everything up.

If someone on here tells you what it is but you don't back it up with a reference it will not be acceptable.

If you are struggling e-mail your lecturer to explain it to you a bit more and maybe help in recommending books to read etc.

Good luck with it all and i'm sure you will get it done
