Marx
That's three sets of wheel trims I have now broken whilst trying to fit. How difficult can it be? Are some wheels 'trim resistant'? At this rate it will be cheaper to buy a set of alloys.
carosio
I once bought a set from Aldi, correct size, but just wouldn't go on (Astra). Make sure the wire ring is clipped in (if fitted) and lubricate the contact lugs and wheel rim with a bit of grease or vaseline, then press or tap with fist or rubber mallet, starting at the valve cutaway. I had the same problem after the having the original ones stolen, went for cheaper ones, snapping and breaking, found some at Asda, no problem slipped straight on, done in ten minuets
