Where the NHS could play its part is by providing medication to reduce testosterone levels. Putting testosterone fuelled males on buses could backfire. Getting on a bus with granny isn't the same as getting behind a wheel. Or the thrust of the OP could just be scaremongering and the problem which has always existed and always will, unless you ban them from the roads.
