Super Hans
Out of context really, he's bought land in central London which is expensive.
Anna Glypta
Out of context really, he's bought land in central London which is expensive. Correct. Buy land in Central London and park there every day and night for a year. Sell land make £50K profit. Park in Sheffield every day for a year. You are out of pocket to the tune of around £2000 - £6000.

Namely, it costs £35.10 a day to park at the local NCP.
psynuk
its a good deal considering, ' a motorist could afford to park their car 880 yards away at the nearest NCP car park for 31 years' £400,000 for 31 years parking! at least he's bought the space, so he'll be quids in when hes' done with it
