The 2nd Projectdarts Sheffield darts masters series in association with Riley's took place at Riley's in Sheffield Hunters Bar and it was a terrific turnout and although a few problems with the wipe boards it was a excellent tournament. 11 prelim matches took place with a few interesting ties... PRELIM Yorkshire starlet Julie White got a Nelson team mate in Mick Ryall and although rattling in a 180 just failed to get home against Mick going down 3-1.Ryan Goffin and Brian Lewis looked the pick of the round and it did not disappoint as Ryan went through 3-1.Jason Cole had to fend off team mate Bob Pinder who was looking to make a bigger impact this time round and started off in fine style taking advantage of Jasons missed doubles to go through 3-0 and we have to mention the youngest player in the comp Jacob Turnbull going down to Simon Birkett.
