Do You Really Think World War III Is Coming?

Recommended Posts

I personally believe the current tensions in Russia are one to watch.

It certainly is not looking too good.

nothing much will happen in ukraine. putin is right to look after his interests in the crimea. he does not want renegade ukrainian pilots flying around taking pot shots at anything they dont agree with. the ukrainian forces have effectively been put on the naughty step. the ukrainian people have brought this on themselves. ukraine is former soviet territory and the kremlin has always had an influence and a kremlin influenced leader in the ukraine.

the current mess started when some folks wanted ukraine to join the EU. GOD KNOWS WHY! TO GET THEIR HANDS ON UK CASH PERHAPS LIKE THE REST OF THE EU PARASITES?

the elected leader preferred to stick with the kremlin, so the people rioted, ending in bloodshed and the leader being threatened and obliged to leave the country. i am struggling to see a way back for him as the UK and US are bolstering the unnofficial leader. if they keep up the rhetoric, sanctions, etc., THEN, there is a good chance putin will invade and take back control of ukraine. it HIS backyard, let HIM keep it tidy.

russia and china were right on syria. KEEP OUT. if the syrians want to slaughter each other, leave them to it. just dont import the seeds of conflict to this country via refugees/asylum. we have done this too many times in the past and now the children of these people are popping home to propagate the conflicts in their ancestral homelands, having already turned our cities into hellholes. mucking about in somalia, libya and iraq only goes to show that if you remove an iron fist leader from control of his country, every imaginable faction and his camel will try to take control, leading to the lawless states these countries are now. and what's more, YOU ARE PAYING THE PRICE - STILL.

the yanks havent managed to finish a war properly yet, what makes them think they can take on russia and win?

The scariest thing about world war 3 starting is that we are on the Germans' side. They've never won a world war yet.

the germans on our side? NEIN! another reason to vote UKIP? :D:hihi:

Still fighting it, ask the NRA.

told you they hadnt finished a war yet! :D

they next war will be caused by global famine and will be fought over any still flourishing piece of land. now would be a good time to make breaks in forests and plant trees etc., that produce things we can eat.

alternatively, giant aliens will land after a few bevvies on jupiter, they will realise that if they shove a stick up our jacksies and roast us, humans make great shish kebabs, a tasty snack after a night on the razz. :hihi:

Do you understand the difference between a conflict and a world war?

You were the one who made this misuderstanding dude. Someone said "Has their ever been a time when the world wasn't at war".

You were sarcastic and said "Now, there has only ever been two World Wars".

You mistakenly believe that a war has to be called a World War (note the noun) for the world to be "at war" (a description not a noun).

You were the person who started discussing "World War".

This is really getting me worried. Are we all going to die? (not with hair colours though).

Yep - have you seen the mid 1980s film set in Sheffield, Threads?

There was one particularly effective scene where some woman carrying her shopping up the Moor wets her knickers upon seeing the Mushroom cloud.

P.S. Happy Birthday
