Yes of course once it has been allocated to your local court

would you pay the 175 KL?

or spend the money on a solicitor?

So the CCJ could only be issued after a local County Court had heard the claim?

No if you ignore it or dont attend a hearing or your defence gets struck out then you would get a ccj( but only if you didnt pay within 28 days)

I would do the latter, we can do your initial defence/witness statement/ skeleton argument

How much do you charge KL? And how would we do this? 14 day time frame for acknowledgement of service or defence to court

Your guys are the bomb Kirkbylad!

Very pleased with your service!

Tis a very good thing that you do for the community.

Feelin pretty warm and fuzzy that there are people out there, sheltering the populace from corporate rogues like this.

Well done man :)

Another satisfied customer of Kirbylad's here :D Got the result of my appeal today and Highview now have to cancel the parking ticket they issued me.

I was more than happy to pay the £16 that Kirbylad charges and have someone who understands all the legal points.

Thank you very much mate :D

I received a PCN at Centertainment issued by UKCPS on 25th August, non of the tick boxes for "reasons for issue" have been marked, I know the old rule of thumb was to ignore these things but I have not kept up with recent developments.

Advice would be appreciated.
