top4718 Posted September 11, 2014 Share Posted September 11, 2014 I received a PCN at Centertainment issued by UKCPS on 25th August, non of the tick boxes for "reasons for issue" have been marked, I know the old rule of thumb was to ignore these things but I have not kept up with recent developments.
