Malaysian airlines plane missing

Recommended Posts

If it flew for an hour then it'd be reasonably under control wouldn't it? If it was in trouble and flew over land wouldn't the pilots have been looking for a place to land? Wouldn't they have been trying to contact ATC? If the aircraft's radio was out would a mobile have been useful for this? Just thinking out loud really...

What if the pilots had problems with their hydraulics and or electrical systems and as such were struggling to control the direction that the plane heading? Maybe the plane was outside of a mobile signal area?

Maybe the problem with the plane was with the ventilation system? There was a crash in 2005 that killed 121 unfortunate people. The flight crew were rendered unconscious or dead to hypoxia, and as such stopped communicating. The plane continued to fly under autopilot until the plane ran out of fuel and crashed.

All I am saying is that we just do not know what has happened yet.

if the crew suddenly were overcome and rendered unconscious, how come the tracking systems got switched off?.......also,surely the distance it travelled extra in the other direction would not be far enough for it to run out of fuel,or it wouldn't have enough fuel to get to Beijing.

This reminds me of the Raccoon Forest incident in Resident Evil but instead of zombies there are hijackers !!! :help:

Get a grip and leave out the silly attempts at humour - a large number of people are dead and still missing.

Nothing has been found yet, that includes bodies.

So how do we know that the plane was not landed on someone's air field :suspect:

Nevertheless it's a near certainty that all aboard that aircraft are dead; if you think that's a fit subject to try and raise a cheap laugh out of, good for you.

We don't know for sure but we know it's so spectacularly improbable as to be a near impossibility.

Transponders stopped working not long after it left the ground. Sounds like it was heading back to K.L but went off that heading and headed over the coast above the Straits of Malacca. Last located close to a small island. Report according to a senior Malaysian Air Force official
