ivanava
Executing killers doesn't lower murder rates. It stops a murder from murdering another innocent person.
Mr Clowning
We don't lock judges up for imprisoning innocent people, so there would be no need to kill them if someone that is executed turns out to be innocent. No we don't, we try to make good and compensate them for the mistake, try doing that for someone that's in the ground.
JFKvsNixon
It stops a murder from murdering another innocent person. And this happens how many times?

Innocent people die all the time, if killing one saves two then then surely it is a price worth paying, or would you rather save one and allow the two to die. Mr Clowning
It stops a murder from murdering another innocent person. It may stop that person but it does not stop murder. Have you got any real facts to back up all this supposition you keep coming out with ?
ivanava
And this happens how many times? There are plenty of examples of convicted murderers, rapist and other criminals leaving our prisons and going on to kill and rape more innocent people. So would you volunteer sacrificing your child to save a couple of people?

You don't and can't know if a murderer will kill again, unless you have some facts to share with us ?

My opinion is based on facts, do you have facts to back up your supposition.

So apart from a vague - plenty, you do not actually know the numbers involved. It does seem that you've adapted a pretty strong opinion from a position of ignorance.
