Lederhose
From my experience i would recommend Chris Mason at http://www.ChrisMasonPerformance.com
foxydebs
Try James Bond at https://www.facebook.com/jamesbondhealthandfitness?ref=ts&fref=ts
Mike_Ashwort
Would strongly recomend Nick and LEP Fitness. Both the nutritonal plans and exercise sessions have been a great help and i am thouroughly enjoying the benfits so far. I don't have my mobile with me so i can't give his number but if you type 'LEP Fitness' into google the website will come up. and say you know Mike, A for discount. ha! Samsie
Def avoid Chris mason very very expensive short term results and he refuses to see you for less than 3 times a week !
Shef_Fitness
Why do you need a personal trainer? Classes are just as good + you save a small fortune http://www.sheffield-fitness-training.com
1fish2fish56
Have a look at the NHS Sheffield Health Trainers. If you live in one of the listed areas their services are free for approx 6 sessions and are for anyone wanting to make health related changed to their lives. http://www.sheffieldhelpyourself.org.uk/full_search_new.asp?group=25390
Gleadly
Why do you need a personal trainer? Classes are just as good + you save a small fortune http://www.sheffield-fitness-training.com I prefer the one-to-one training as one size does not fit all. People may have different requirements, such as losing weight for example. Some may be weight lifters, others may be runners. Some may not be fit for classes or too fit.
