Yes. The £5 fee is fixed by law for Commissioners for Oaths; and practising solicitors have Commissioner rights automatically. Note that there's a supplementary £2 fee per exhibit (item needing signature as part of a Statutory Declaration, Affidavit, Affirmation, etc.) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
