It's not discrimination any more than refusing hen and stag parties access to pubs and clubs. Or banning football fans. Or banning groups of lads. Or banning any group that is likely to cause problems. Are you saying that squaddies should have a special licence to create trouble and business owners should just have to accept it? Some businesses don't discriminate against because of the trouble they may cause, they discriminate against them because they don't like them, this is why there are proposals to pass anti discrimination laws to make it illegal to discriminate against them.
