Super Hans
He was just the classic priest practicing hatred, abuse and violence against the homosexuals who stand for peace, love and tolerance.
Halibut
I agree with the person who said that an outpouring of love and forgiveness would be a good way to mark Mr Phelp's death. He was clearly a sick and troubled person.
SqueakyPete
Not if your morals are important to you. ---------- Post added 17-03-2014 at 11:31 ---------- Funny? You mean sick. My morals are important to me,and I see nothing wrong with a whole load of gay people(or in the words of a 5 year old Westboro member "fags"),attending his funeral. Maybe all the families of the dead soldiers could come along too? Its just a shame America doesn't deal with these cults preaching hate to kids. Bonzo77
So its petty revenge you are wanting then. Petty revenge, or just a sign that life will go on without him and no matter how he or his church tries, they will never succeed with their messages of hate?! Mr Blooms suggestion isn't one of revenge. It's one of pride. After September 11th, did New Yorkers give in and succumb to the extremists or did they show a defiant unity? SqueakyPete
So its petty revenge you are wanting then. No,revenge would be something a lot more worse that a peaceful send off. After all the funerals they have tried to wreck,I really find it hard to see why you think he deserves a peaceful send off:huh:. You say revenge,I say sending a peaceful message from the larger community.
Leather man
Good riddance when the old queer bashing spew chucking nasty piece of work pegs it. I wont waste any tears. I also wouldnt waste any time going to his funeral. Let him rot and just laugh at the fact he preached a load of crap all those years.
