Mondays - 7.15 - 8.30pm at Osborne Mews - I can offer only a small number of spaces, as this is a private gym. Wednesdays - 8pm - 9.30pm at Holy Trinity Church Hall, Grove Road. The classes here are £7.50 drop in and £6 block booked. The classes are bodily focussed with a lot of focus on alignment, lengthening, spinal twists, stretches to hamstrings and calves and working into loosening our hips. I have good reviews (see http://www.life-yoga.co.uk) and also many regulars. I also teach at a well regarded local gym just off Ecclesall Road. Come give me a try!
