ECCOnoob
I had a injury at work over 2 years ago, and recently put a claim in as i still suffer, i have been to solicitors and seen a consultant who has sent my for a MRI scan as its still damaged, when i first went to hospital i was told i had ligament damage in my wrist and had like a removable cast for 3 week. Its really proved a pain and can be painful still sometimes. How much compensation should i expect as my old company has admitted liability Thanks You really need to ask your solicitor. Until you have had the results of your MRI scan, completed any ongoing treatment, been assessed for any future treatment and are in possession of a full and complete medical report with detailed prognosis nobody will be able to tell you anything. Compensation claims are not a box ticking exercise. Each one is totally unique. Your injuries sound quite severe and until its concluded its a case of how long is a piece of string. That's before you even add on loss of earnings/care/travel/medication/damaged items and anything else.
