Not being peaceful and calm isn't justification for manslaughter though is it? There are recognised safe ways of restraing violent or aggressive individuals. Being in a position of power does not give you the right to abuse that power. It looks as though a trial will take place to see if these people acted criminally or not. If it was a policeman that killed a student it would be a different matter. Though as it was a pesky foreigner you are all defending the possible criminal actions.
