The men and women taking part achieve their amazing physiques through dedication and hard work and are totally drug free! Sheffield has its own champions among who are Del Galloway, Andy Palmer and the amazing 63 year old World Master Lloyd Stewart. It's been our pleasure to work with these guys and other competitors on their pre-contest diets - their discipline is unbelievable! If you're into your training, do yourself a favour and go along to one of their shows. The biggest in our region will be in Huddersfield at the end of May.
