EDPAC Posted March 30, 2014 Share Posted March 30, 2014 Ecco dance and performing art centre have spaces left in the Tuesday night Contemporary class. This class is for all levels. Within the class we work on core strength, technique and flexibility and we also work on the basic of choreography.This class will boost confidence, fitness and creativity. The age range for this class is 13-18, everyone is welcome. We are based on the top floor of the Nichols building in shalemoor (S3) Bus and tram stop right out side and a 10 minuet walk from the town centre.
