coujin
Hello, I've been planning on making a gift for my partner and i've been stopped still as i don't have the time to order a certain tool. The tool i'm looking for is a 1/2" and 7/16" metal hole punch to create a clean looking hole in some metal. Here is and example of the tool that i am looking for - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/9-Piece-Pu...item1c3d77902d If anyone can help me or allow me to use the tool if they have it, it would be greatly appreciated. coujin
Its just an example to show the tool, if someone has something similar to that. It should work fine. I just need a circular hole made.
megalithic
As a one off, an adjustable tank cutter should work. I've done this several times, with aluminium sheet.
spider1
As a one off, an adjustable tank cutter should work. I've done this several times, with aluminium sheet. Its faster and easier to drill it .Take about 2 mins per hole . Are you having a Girrafe :hihi:

Plus the cost of a 1 inch drill bit is rather restrictive.
