Can you manage 7 a day ?

Recommended Posts

When your times up you're gonna go no matter what you eat.

Yes, but I'd prefer to spend the years before I die being fit and healthy and living life to the full, not hooked up to oxygen and gasping for breath, or weighing 30 stone or suffering from diet-related diseases.

Why suffer trying to eat 7 a day?
It's no big deal and it is not 'suffering'. You must have a lousy diet!

Then you'd be better off giving the goat the 7 a day, then eating it.

Ha! Academic in my case, since I don't eat meat! But if I did, I'd worry about all the other rubbish the goat had consumed (people's washing, cardboard, plastic bags, etc).

I won't be paying any attention to this, I don't think there's actually much merit in all these targets, limits and guidelines.

IMO, so long as your diet is reasonably balanced, you don't overeat and it consists of mostly home made food from a variety of decent ingredients (including fruit and veg of course!) and you do some exercise then you'll probably be absolutely fine.

Animals eat green things. Then I eat them.

5 veg and 2 portions of fruit aday!!!

I only eat once maybe twice a day, there would be no room for any food.

Besides not being able to afford it how do you actually consume that much?

mmm

1 pint of home brew.. hops and barley thats two x2 thats 4

a packet of potato crisps ..... one so thats 5

mmm getting there..maybe its possible

maybe another pint of homebrew thats 7 ..

but same again everyday..maybe substitute with a cereal bar or carrot now and then.
