tzijlstra
Not sure why, but we will be going to the Arena for the darts this week (is it Thursday?). Is it good? I really haven't ever considered going, but we go on sport-event trips with the brother-in-law and his daughter every year as a Christmas gift, something new to try, you know! I keep getting people telling me that I should love it because I am Dutch... I don't really understand the reasoning apart from the fact that there are some Dutch guys playing, is there a risk I will run into fellow countrymen at this event? fling
There are 2 Dutch guys in the Premier League. Unless you are going for the alcohol then you might as well stay at home and watch on TV.
tzijlstra
Cheers Fling, I'll be going by tram then We normally really enjoy these outings, but I think this one might be a bridge too far in terms of enjoyment. I'd rather go to the dogs I think.
vladivostock
I Saw a poster for a show called DartWars! Its on at Crookes social club in September. Its a knockout darts tournament starring Ted Hankey, Alan Norris and Dennis Priestley. Its on a Friday night and tickets were only a tenner.
