Childrens Hospital Fun Run - Help in organising

Hi All,

I am trying to organise a fun run for the Sheffield Childrens Hospital and need help. The event is going to be similar to one I am doing in May for the Ashgate Hospice at Chesterfield, in that it is a cross dressing event (Its a laugh!) Last year the one at Chesterfield raised £45,000

 

I really need help with organising this as if I don't I will end up giving up as it is proving too difficult to do this along with my full time day job. I would like to put a group together in order to delegate tasks and bounce ideas off each other. PLEASE, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH.

 

Once the route has been finalised (just waiting on Rother Valley to come back to me) we will need to sort things like :-

Website - Does anyone know any web developers who may do a basic site for free?

Printers - We need posters, sponsorship forms etc

 

I already have confirmation that SWFC will advertise the event in their program and also Anco Media will put it on the Huge illuminated TV on Parkway

 

Medals - As with the Ashgate 'Fancy Drag Race' all participants receive a medal

 

There will be lots of other things to consider and that is why I need you guys.
