choogling
About £0.50 p for The Move, Amen Corner, The Nice, Pink Floyd and Jimi Hendrix, on one bill. Not bad value. What date was that at the city hall?
Nankypoo
What date was that at the city hall? November 1967, I remember Amen Corners Andy Fairweather Low now a highly respected guitarist with Paul Macartney and Eric Clapton going down on his knees singing "Gin House" and Hendrix with a yellow can of lighter fluid setting fire to his guitar. There were other groups on the bill, and there have been previous threads about the night on the forum. Under age drinks were in order after in the pub in the building on the corner opp the Crucible below The Brown Bear and Head of Steam {Yates} Edited March 7, 2018 by Nankypoo
